The exchange meeting on International Economics Curriculum - Partial English Program and Standard Formal Program
On the morning of November 9, 2023, International Economics Faculty of Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking held “An exchange meeting on International Economics Curriculum - Partial English Program and Standard Formal Program” at the 36 Ton That Dam St, District 1 Office. Delegates discussed the development of two new programs of the Faculty to comment on editing and improvement in the near future here.

- Representatives of alumni and students of International Economics Faculty
Opening the discussion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung gave the opening speech, emphasizing the importance of opening two new programs of International Economics Faculty in the context of market learning needs to equip learners with knowledge and skills in the fields of International Economics, Economics and Digital Business in the face of extremely rapid changes in the labor market.
Dr. Le Thi Anh Tuyet summarized the main content of the International Economics Curriculum - Partial English Program and the International Economics Curriculum – Standard Formal Program.
The discussion recorded many scientific and useful contributions from experts from many different perspectives. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung said that the major programs of International Economics Faculty were elaborately compiled, the content fully covered the necessary and sufficient elements to carry out training, and the program was designed with many breakthroughs subjects, meeting the demands of the labor market.
In addition, the Representative of Employers - Mr. Nguyen Duy Nghia also contributed opinions from a practical perspective such as adding teaching content on International Tax and professional ethics.
From the perspective of alumni, students of the International Economics Faculty, when commenting on the two new programs, they also hoped that the program would add more time for specialized soft skills subjects to better equip students when participating in the labor market.
Concluding the discussion session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha Van Dung - Dean of the International Economics Faculty thanked and appreciated the valuable comments of experts, employers, alumni and students on the new programs of the International Economics Faculty. Based on the results of the discussion, the International Economics Faculty has received and continued to improve programs in response to training and social needs in the best way.
