Import-Export News: Vietnamese agricultural products are increasingly popular in Russia
Vietnamese agricultural products are increasingly present in the Russian market, with some items further strengthening their positions. Notable Vietnamese products featured at trade fairs include coffee, cinnamon, anise, cashews, rice and rice-based products, food ingredients, pepper, and beverages.
“As one of the major trading centers specializing in the import and distribution of agricultural and food products in Moscow, Food City is ready to collaborate with Vietnamese businesses to introduce high-quality Vietnamese products into distribution here,” Ms. Meshcheryakova Elena emphasized.
In light of effective trade signals, organizing this trade promotion delegation is essential to facilitate enhanced cooperation between the two countries, providing more opportunities for direct exchanges and contract signing.

Vietnam’s exports to Singapore grow significantly
By the end of August 2024, the total two-way import-export turnover between Vietnam and Singapore surpassed 21 billion SGD, an increase of 8.47% over the same period in 2023, of which exports increased sharply by 31.1%, reaching more than 5.58 billion SGD and imports were more than 15.48 billion SGD, an increase of 2.11%...
The Vietnam Trade Office in Singapore said that all three main export groups of Vietnam to Singapore increased strongly, even dramatically.

Specifically, the three industry groups are as follows: machinery, equipment, mobile phones, components and spare parts of all kinds (up 21.39%); reactors, boilers, machine tools and spare parts of the above machines (up 150%); gasoline and petroleum products (up 870%).
To support Vietnamese enterprises better, Mr. Thang said that The Trade Office will continue to update local information, situations, mechanisms, policies of the present country; support Vietnamese businesses in connecting trade, displaying goods, promoting business brands and product brands, and increasing the presence of Vietnamese goods in the area.
