INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICS FACULTY - QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
1. Quality assurance system:
The internal quality assurance system of the Faculty of International Economics is designed, built, and developed to continuously evaluate, measure, control, maintain, and improve quality in management and training. create. The quality assurance system aims to meet the philosophy, vision, and mission of the Faculty in line with the values, goals, and strategies of the University of Banking of Ho Chi Minh City (HUB) and well requirements of the parties concerned. There are two main goals in the design and operation of the Faculty's internal quality assurance system:
- To evaluate, measure, and control the quality in a comprehensive way and on that basis to ensure and improve the quality;
- Ready to meet the requirements, standards, and regulations of external quality accreditation organizations and agencies (domestic and foreign) such as the Ministry of Education and Training, AUN-QA, Afnor.
2. Core values:
From that point of view, the Faculty's quality assurance system is an open system, ready to listen to and encourage the participation of all stakeholders such as students, alumni, employers, lecturers, etc. pellets. This system also has as input the instructions, regulations, and requirements of the State Bank; Ministry of Education and Training, HUB, Vietnamese legal system, and prestigious accrediting organizations selected by the school; With the above goal in mind, the Faculty of International Economics at HUB determines the core values to be achieved during the operation of the Internal Quality Assurance System as follows:
- The commitment of the top leadership (Dean of Faculty) is a prerequisite factor determining the success of quality;
- Focusing on customers: all activities of the Faculty aim to provide the highest quality of service to the main "customers" inside and outside, including students, lecturers, staff, teachers, and students. recruitment, and the business community;
Stakeholder engagement: quality should be designed and controlled from different perspectives;
- Continuous improvement: The basis of improvements is based on objective, honest, transparent, public data from Comparison with internal and external standards with good practices within the Faculty; Quality assurance data and information is effectively and transparently shared with all stakeholders.
3. Features of organizational structure and tasks
The organizational structure for quality assurance activities has been agreed from the University and the Faculty. Faculty assigned:
- 01 Faculty leader directly in charge of quality assurance;
- The Faculty's quality assurance team has also been established with part-time members in the faculty and administrative departments.
Mission
- Disseminate the quality assurance system to faculty and staff of the Faculty to ensure that all regulations related to QA are implemented, analyzed, documented, and disseminated;
- Every year, participate in supporting the development of goals, strategies, action plans, and KPI analysis;
- Building and improving the database system, including evidence records, internal quality assurance processes in preparation for external assessment;
- Archive and provide evidence in activities related to quality assurance of the Faculty;
- Periodically, make survey feedback reports and propose improvement solutions to leaders to improve the quality of management and training activities of the Faculty;
- Annual Report (Annual Report).
4. Certificate of Quality Assurance
- Certificate of Education Quality Standards of the Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam (MOET);
- Certificate of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 of Afnor Organization of the French Republic.
