The faculty was very honored to welcome the presence of Comrade Pham Hong Phu - Deputy Secretary of Trung Lap Ha Union Commune; representatives from the Truong Tho ward delegation; Comrade Ngo Thi Xuan - Secretary of the Banking University Ho Chi Minh city; Comrade Huynh Do Bao Chau - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union; Comrade Ha Thi Thieu Dao - Member of the Party, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Department of International Economics; Comrade Le Ngoc Thang - Member of the Party, Secretary of the Student Branch 2, Deputy Head of Training Department of the Banking University Ho Chi Minh city with the presence of representatives from the Union, the Club and the Faculties.

Operating the Congress is praesidium including Comrade Nguyen Duc Ngoc, Former Secretary of the International Economics Department for the term 2017 - 2019; Comrade Truong Kha Phung - Former Deputy Secretary of the International Economic Department for the term 2017 - 2019 and Comrade Le Thi Thuy Hang - Head of Communications of International Economic Department.
The Presidium presided over the Congress of Delegates of International Economic Department for the term of 2019-2022.
At the Congress, on behalf of the Executive Committee for the term 2017 - 2019, comrade Nguyen Duc Ngoc reported achieved results in term 2017 - 2019 as well as set a direction, a goal for the term 2019 - 2022 and present outstanding individuals in the union work for the 2017-2019 term with certificates.

The Congress finished at 13:30 with unexpected success and enthusiastic work of delegates, presidium and invited guests. The 2017 - 2019 term with the motto "Flying high, flying far away, reaching out to the big sea" ended successfully and opened a new page, a promising new term and new successes. Let's believe together and wish the Executive Committee of the 2019 - 2022 term will be more developed and progressed in accordance with the motto of the Congress "Solidarity - Creation - Integration".
